Sullivan Enjoys Another Win in Midwest
San Diego, California (March 6, 2006): San Diego based firm Sullivan International Group (Sullivan) announced today that they were identified as the supplier for all environmental services to the team of Short, Elliott and Hendrickson (SEH) and INCA.

SEH/INCA was awarded the Regional Indefinite Delivery Contracts for Structural, Civil, Geotechnical, Hydraulic, Mechanical, and Electrical Engineering for the St. Paul, St. Louis, and Rock Island Districts of the Corps of Engineers. “We are excited about this opportunity to support the SEH/INCA team and believe that we will have the opportunity to begin a long relationship with the upper Mississippi River District Corps offices (St. Paul, Rock Island and St. Louis)”, Von Gusa, Vice President of Business Development for Sullivan. This win combined with Sullivan’s recent teaming efforts on the Kansas City HTRW contracts (with HDR and E&E) means that Sullivan is becoming a known Corps contractor that will position them for future award opportunities.

Sullivan ranked 7th on the 2004 Inc 500 list of the fastest-growing privately held companies, with a five-year average annual sales growth rate of 1977%. Founded in 1998, Sullivan is a professional services company providing science, engineering, and advanced technology services to commercial and government clients throughout the United States.
