Sullivan has been recognized nationally as an outstanding service provider by both their customers and industry peers. Corporate excellence does not only influence our products and services, but also flows into the community. Sullivan has received many awards for their outreach efforts and continues to be recognized as a leader in the community. The following are highlights of some of our most recent recognition:


2005 Multicultural Heritage Award

This award is given to companies that embrace diversity in the workplace and make every available effort to diversify their employee base. Sullivan received this award not only because we embrace diversity, but we celebrate diversity in our community. Sullivan is active within the community through many volunteer programs and philanthropic endeavors that enrich the lives of the Sullivan staff as well as those benefiting from their efforts. Through our community involvement, it is Sullivan’s goal that our employee base will become and maintain a direct representation of the community.

The Chamber recognizes companies that go above and beyond with their community outreach and involvement. Sullivan was recognized because of the many volunteer activities we offer our staff as a way to give back to the community and the region. Sullivan also implemented a volunteer recognition program that rewards employees for volunteering both internally at the company and externally in the community. In 2004, we created the Sullivan Children’s Foundation, whose mission is to enhance the quality of life for children throughout San Diego County, neighboring communities, and Baja California, Mexico. The Foundation will raise money to support this mission by administering multiple fund raising activities.
