Sullivan International Group, Inc. has recently been awarded the Leaking Underground Fuel Tanks (LUFT) and Leaking Underground Storage Tanks (LUST) Contract from the Army Corps of Engineers, San Francisco. The scope of this $3 Million contract includes revision of the California LUFT manual for the Environmental Protection Agency and State Water Resources Control Board, oversight of remediation of a LUFT site in the LA area and UST database management, assistance with 5-year case reviews, local and regional agency outreach, support for the SWRCB UST Leak Prevention group, and other special projects.

The award of this contract to Sullivan shows that the top talent at Sullivan is a relied-upon resource in the environmental arena. “The revised LUFT Manual is a document of state-wide importance and we are very excited to be working with the Corps and the EPA on this document and other important tasks to assist the UST program in California”, said Senior Project Manager, Tessa McRae.
