Sullivan is an 8(a) STARS GWAC contractor. This contract has a ceiling of up to $15 billion for IT services and products. This contract is similar to the GSA FSS Schedule 70 (IT products & services).

SULLIVAN’s "Consolidated" Contract provides a one-stop shop for our valued clients who choose to use GSA as their contracting resource. The "Consolidated" Schedule is particularly appealing to federal managers when procuring requirements that fall under various functional domains. For example, a federal agency can use the "Consolidated" Schedule to issue one task order to SULLIVAN to perform a requirement that might include services falling within the scope of multiple schedules. This includes items from schedules such as the Professional Engineering Services (PES - Schedule 871), Management, Organizational, and Business Improvement Services (MOBIS - Schedule 874 - including industrial operations and ISO 9000/14000), and information technology (70 IT - including call centers, network infrastructure, and network security).
