Sullivan International Group has been very active in our community and has become a leader in community outreach. The company encourages its business partners to become active in the region. Mr. Sullivan has himself served as a board member for several local nonprofit organizations in recent years. In 2004, Sullivan donated over $20,000 and raised an additional $10,000 in donations from employees, friends, and family for different causes throughout the region. Sullivan then chose to create a non-profit organization in October, 2004, Sullivan Children’s Foundation was formed.
Sullivan understands how important it is to be involved in our community. Our employees are the company’s ambassadors to the community and the region as a whole. Sullivan also recognizes that the community in which we live is vital to the health of the regional economy and encourages employee involvement in volunteer and cultural activities. Each year Sullivan recognizes and honors individual achievements in the area of community involvement at its annual awards dinner with the Humanitarian Award and regularly recognizes employees for their community involvement in the Company Newsletter. In addition, Sullivan’s annual bonus plan rewards employees who have donated their time to community organizations.
Since inception, Sullivan Children’s Foundation has raised more than $150,000 which has been donated to various community organizations in San Diego.
